PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding or pineapple cream pudding
2 c. milk
2 1/4 c. crushed drained pineapple
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Prepare yellow cake mix according to mix directions in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. In mixing bowl combine cream cheese, pudding, and milk. Mix with electric mixer. Add crushed pineapple. Blend in. Spread over cooled cake. Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
