PAT'S HAMBURGER PIE 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 c. cubed potatoes
1 can peas and carrots (drained)
1 sm. can mushrooms (drained)
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 can green beans (drained)
1 or 2 cans Franco American beef gravy

Brown hamburger and onions. Boil potato and celery until about 1/2 done. Drain. Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Pour into bottom of pie crust. Spread a thin layer of ketchup over mixture and sprinkle cheese over the ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes.
