BANANA BOATS II
1 banana
Chocolate chips
Miniature marshmallows
Tin foil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a sheet of tin foil, place banana with it's peel on. With a knife, slice the banana lengthwise, but don't cut completely through. Squeeze apart slightly. Sprinkle chocolate chips and then marshmallows in opening of banana. Bring foil up loosely and seal it together on top and ends. Place on oven for 15 minutes. To eat spoon banana mixture out of peel. Banana boats make a great breakfast with a glass of milk.

Banana Boats II

Makes a great breakfast? I disagree. Other than the pure sugar of marshmallows and chocolate, it's a piece of fruit with milk, not much better than a sugary kids' cereal. Great breakfasts have more protein, more vitamins, more carbs. Add a few spoonfuls of organic pb to the banana boat, piece of toast with cheese, and half an orange with yogurt. Skip the milk.

Might not be a healthy breakfast but it's a GREAT tasting one!! The sugar crash in the afternoon is not so great. This is more of a picnic snack or party food. I recommend it though
