CHOCK-FULL-OF-CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (6 oz.) cans water
1 can red kidney beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients in large pan. Green peppers can be added, if desired. Add water to suit taste and texture. Cook 3 hours on low heat.
