1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade (2 oz. lime juice and 4 oz. simple syrup)
4 oz. rum (2/3 limeade can)
2 oz. cream of banana (1/3 limeade can)
1 ripe banana

Blend. Ice to fill, blend. Pineapple juice and orange juice to fill. Blend.
