ZUCCHINI SOUP 
3 or 4 zucchini (or around 2 lbs.)
2 1/2 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
Curry powder
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk

(According to taste - I use about 1/4 teaspoon, some like more).

Chop and peel zucchini and simmer 20 minutes with onion in the water brought to a boil with bouillon cubes and curry powder. Cool slightly. Blend until pureed. Serve after adding the milk last. Reheat slightly if desired.
