24 HOUR SALAD | |
3 egg yolks 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. pineapple juice 1 tbsp. butter Pinch of salt 1 c. whipped cream 2 c. diced marshmallows 2 c. pineapple chunks 2 c. Queen Anne cherries 2 oranges, cut up Cook until thick. Cool the egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, butter and salt. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Serves 8. |
