2 boxes lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello; cool slightly. Add pineapple, let sit. Fold in cheese and whipped cream. Let finish setting.
