BANANA GRAPE DESSERT 
1 box (10 oz.) vanilla wafers
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 bananas
1 1/2 lb. seedless green grapes
1 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip

Crush vanilla wafers and spread 2/3 of them on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Separate eggs. Beat whites and set aside.

Mix together powdered sugar, butter, egg yolks and vanilla. Fold in egg whites and spread over crumbs. Slice bananas and layer over egg mixture. Cut grapes in half and put cut side down over bananas. Spread whipped cream over bananas and top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
