ANGEL HAIR PRIMAVERA 
Cook according to package directions:

12 oz. angel hair pasta or cappelini

Have ready:

1 lb. zucchini, sliced
6 oz. mushrooms, cut in quarters
6 oz. snow peas, trimmed
2 c. favorite spaghetti sauce, heated

Heat in wok or skillet:

2 tbsp. oil

Add all veggies and stir fry about 5 minutes.

Add and toss in:

1/2 lb. tofu, cut in 1/2 inch cubes

Serve on the angel hair pasta. Pass the tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.
