RYAN'S TURKEY LASAGNE 
9 lasagne noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. olives, chopped (green or black)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 c. turkey, cut up (chicken can be substituted)
4 c. shredded cheese (I use mozzarella & Cheddar)

Parboil lasagne noodles 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Mix rest of ingredients, except cheese together.

Place 3 noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 1/3 of turkey mixture on top of noodles. Sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers until all noodles, turkey mixture and cheese are gone.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Good with French bread and tossed lettuce salad. Serves 8-10.
