SIX WEEK RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 melted stick butter
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. self-rising flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients except cereal. In another bowl, beat with mixer eggs, milk and butter. Beat mixture into dry ingredients and stir in cereal with spoon. Store in a covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Fill baking tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes in small tins - 20 minutes in large tins.
