2 eggs, separated
Sugar
1 tbsp. brandy

Beat into yolks of 2 eggs, enough sugar to thicken them (a little at a time). Add brandy and, lastly, stir in egg whites beaten to a stiff froth. NOTE: Cool Whip with brandy added may be substituted for this Brandy Sauce.
