CHERRY PUDDING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. milk 1 can sour pie cherries 1/2 c. sugar Melt butter in 9" square pan. Blend 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Pour over butter. Do not stir. Pour cherries and juice on flour mixture. Do not stir. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
