CHERRY PUDDING 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk

Put 2 cups cherries (or erries or any kind of fruit) in bottom of pudding dish. Pour batter over and bake until done. Turn out fruit side up and serve with sugar and cream or sauce.
