ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 to 12 zucchini, sliced
5 to 6 yellow squash, sliced
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 jar (med.) Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 (12 oz.) sliced Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Layer in large flat casserole dish (10 x 10 inch) zucchini, squash, mushrooms, onions. Sprinkle 1/2 of sauce on. Sprinkle Parmesan on heavily and then 1/2 package of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
