BROWN RICE PIZZA 
3 c. cooked brown rice, cooled
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sesame seeds
2 eggs, beaten

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. (0.19 oz.) instant vegetable broth powder

TOPPING:

1 c. cooked (crisp) broccoli flowerets
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 lg. mushrooms, sliced
1/8 lb. Muenster cheese, sliced
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine rice, Mozzarella cheese, sesame seeds and eggs. Pat in greased 12 inch pizza pan, build up rim. Bake for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Slowly stir in milk until smooth and thick. Add vegetable broth powder and spread over baked crust.

Set oven on broil. Arrange vegetables and cheese on top of pie. Brush melted butter on tomato and mushroom slices. Sprinkle broccoli with garlic salt and tomatoes with oregano. Broil 4 to 5 minutes until cheese melts.
