GRANNY'S RICE PIZZA 
CRUST:

3 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. American cheese, cut up

TOPPING:

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 c. American cheese, sliced

Combine rice, eggs and cheese - press firmly into a greased pizza pan or pie pans, spreading evenly with a spatula. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine beef, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, garlic, and salt. Spread evenly over rice crust. Top with cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or longer.
