PIZZA RICE CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. diced onions
1 sm. clove garlic
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded American cheese

Cook rice according to directions on package only until tender, do not over cook. Melt butter in large skillet, add onion and finely minced garlic. Cook until onions is tender, but not brown. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook for about 15 minutes.
