RICE PIZZA 
1 c. rice, cooked
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together, press hot rice mixture into a 12" pizza pan or 2 pie tins. Press firmly up 1/2" on sides. Bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees.

Use canned pizza sauce or your favorite recipe for topping.

Spread topping on hot crust. Top with browned meat, hot dog slices or pepperoni. Sprinkle top with oregano and chopped green peppers and last 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer. 6 to 8 servings.
