CHEESE TOPPED GREEN BEANS | |
1 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces 1/4 c. dry onion soup mix 1 c. water 3 tbsp. melted butter 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. paprika Combine green beans, soup mix and water; cook over low gas flame until beans are tender. Drain; turn into serving dish. Stir in butter, almonds and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 6 servings. |
