GREEN BEAN - CREAM CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen French style green beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 4 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Oil

Cook beans as directed on package. Saute onion in butter until soft. Beat together cream cheese and eggs until mixture is consistency of mayonnaise. Oil casserole and sprinkle half of bread crumbs. Combine onion, beans, and cream cheese mixtures and pour into casserole. Top with remaining crumbs and Parmesan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
