OZARK BREAD 
4 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 pkgs. Red Start yeast
3/4 c. vegetable oil
Whites of 2 eggs
White flour

Put warm water in large mixing bowl. Add salt, sugar, yeast and egg whites which have been beaten until foamy. Then wait until the yeast has dissolved. Add enough warmed flour to make a batter. Mix well, then add oil and enough more flour to make a stiff dough. Knead well.

Oil bowl well and let rise until double in bulk. Make into loaves or onto 9 inch pie pan to make a good sized flat bread. It is the egg whites that makes this bread so good. 4 large loves or 4 large flat breads.
