OZARK CHICKEN BAKE 
1 stewing chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. water
4 med. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. BLAIR cinnamon
1/4 tsp. BLAIR nutmeg
1/4 tsp. BLAIR black pepper
1/8 tsp. BLAIR lemon pepper
1/8 tsp. BLAIR onion salt
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Place in pot with water and salt. Cook until tender. Peel sweet potatoes, quarter lengthwise. Cook in small amount of water until tender. Remove chicken from broth. Place in baking pan.

Combine lemon pepper, black pepper, onion salt and sage, sprinkle over chicken. Arrange sweet potatoes around chicken. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar. Pour 1/2 cup of broth over all. Place in preheated oven. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
