BAKED CHICKEN WITH CHEESE 
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
4 slices Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 c. dry sherry or vermouth
1 c. herb flavored croutons or stuffing mix
3 tbsp. butter or squeeze butter

Arrange chicken in greased 2 quart shallow baking dish. Put cheese slices over chicken. Mix condensed soup with sherry; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Dot with butter or squeeze butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender. May use microwave on high for 20 to 25 minutes or until fork tender. Serve with white rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
