OZARK MOUNTAIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. blueberries
1 c. strawberries
1 c. blackberries
1 c. raspberries
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
Pastry for double crust pie

In saucepan combine sugar, salt, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir in berries. Add water and lemon juice. Cook until thickening and reaches boiling point (I do this in microwave). Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter. Top with top pastry seal edges and cut slits in top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees about 35-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
