BLUE CHEESE DIP 
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
1/3 c. cream
1/2 sm. onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. red pepper
6 sprigs parsley

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth, stopping to stir, if necessary. makes 1 3/4 cups.
