ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini squash, grated
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Add zucchini, dry ingredients, nuts and raisins. Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
