HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lbs. round steak, cut up
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
6 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water

Brown steak. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until tender. Mix 2 tablespoons flour in 1/4 cup water. Add to mixture to thicken. Serve over rice or noodles.
