HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 tbsp. butter
Garlic, diced
Round steak, diced
2 onions, sliced and sauteed
1 1/2 tbsp. Hungarian Paprika
3/4 c. beef stock
2 lbs. can tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter in skillet, add a little water. Brown meat in butter. Add sauteed onions and remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over noodles.
