FULL - OF - FRUIT PUDDING 
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (8 oz.) can pear slices
1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla or coconut cream pudding mix
1/2-1 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if you like)

Using the large strainer, drain the pineapple chunks and the pear slices into a large pitcher. Put the drained fruit into the small mixing bowl. You should have 3/4 cup of juice. If you have less, add water to equal 3/4 cup. Stir the yogurt into the juice; stir in the pudding mix. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Cut the stems from the strawberries. Rinse the large strainer. Put the strawberries in the large strainer. Rinse under cold running water. Set aside to drain well. In dessert dishes layer the pear slices, pineapple chunks, pudding, nuts (if you like) and the strawberries. Makes 4-6 servings.
