MY MOM'S FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 tbsp. salt
3 ribs celery
1 green pepper
1/2 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed

Chop celery and pepper very fine and set aside. Chop cabbage fine. Sprinkle salt over and set 1 hour. Squeeze out liquid. Mix celery, pepper, and cabbage in large container.

Mix sugar, vinegar, water, celery seed, and mustard seed. Boil 1 minute. Let cool. Pour over cabbage mixture. Mix well. Put in containers and freeze.
