1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. oil
Food coloring

In saucepan mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add food coloring for desired color. Cook until playdough separates from pot. Take out and knead until not sticky. Cool. Store in airtight container.
