CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. Crisco oil
1 sm. box Jello instant pudding - lemon, vanilla or French vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix for 3 minutes on high first 5 ingredients. Pour half the batter into a greased tube pan. Spread 1/2 chips over batter. Cover with 1 cup marshmallows. Pour remaining batter into pan. Top with remaining half of chips. Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
