KIELBASA AND RED CABBAGE 
1 med. head red cabbage
Boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
Salt and pepper
2 apples, sliced, peeled and cored
1 med. Spanish onion
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. red wine
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 lb. Kielbasa

Shred cabbage, scald with boiling water and drain. Pour lemon juice over cabbage. Dice Spanish onion. Melt butter. Add cabbage, onion and rest of ingredients except sausage. Mix in caraway seed. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Put sliced sausage on top the mixture and cook another 20 minutes.
