ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 c. asparagus tips (drained)
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 can mushroom soup
4 hard boiled eggs (diced fine)
1/2 lb. American cheese (diced)
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all, place in buttered baking dish and add cream as for other casseroles. Cover with crumbled potato chips and bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 325 degrees.
