ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 pkg. Swiss cheese, sliced
Grated Cheddar cheese to top
Sliced bread to cover bottom of casserole
2 cans asparagus
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs, add milk. Line the bottom of 10-inch square baking pan with bread slices. Top bread slices with Swiss cheese. Pour milk mixture over bread and cheese. Bake in 375 to 400 degrees oven for approximately 45 minutes.

Fifteen minutes before end of baking time, top with asparagus spears and grated Cheddar.
