1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 egg
5 med. Granny Smith apples, diced
Sugar & cinnamon (approximately 1/2 cup)

Mix first 4 ingredients. Pat in bottom and sides of Springform pan. Mix diced apples with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Put in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
