DIABETICS SKILLET CABBAGE 
2 c. cabbage, sliced thin
1/2 c. onion, sliced thin
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced celery (optional)
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper (optional)

Put everything in large skillet cover and cook slowly over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
