TIPSY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (extra lean)
Bread crumbs to bind
1 egg, beaten
Salt, pepper
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 can beer
1 sm. bottle catsup

Combine first 5 ingredients and form into small cocktail-size meatballs. Combine beer and catsup and bring to simmer. (All alcoholic content will boil away.) Add meatballs and simmer for 3/4 hour. Serve with toothpicks. Serves 8.
