LASAGNA 
5 lbs. hamburger
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, chopped
6 lbs. tomato sauce
4 tbsp. Italian seasoning
5 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 lbs. uncooked lasagna noodles
5 lbs. creamed cottage cheese
5 tsp. oregano
3 lbs. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic in large skillet until light brown; drain. Add tomatoes with liquid, tomato sauce, the sugar, seasoning and salt. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, reduce heat. Cook noodles in water and 5 tablespoons oil; drain. Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella in ungreased oblong pan. Repeat 2 times. Spoon sauce over top and add more cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
