ORIENTAL MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground pork sausage
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. crushed cloves
1/2 c. bread crumbs (use type in can)

Mix above ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

SAUCE:

2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a gradual boil. When sauce begins to thicken, cook three minutes. Add meatballs.
