TASTY SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. packed brown sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into small balls. Place in baking pan. Chill in refrigerator. Bring brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard to a boil in saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings.
