KANSAS CITY BRISKET 
5-6 lbs. beef brisket
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 bottle barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. white sugar
6 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Sprinkle brisket with celery, onion and garlic salt. Pour bottle liquid smoke over. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. In morning sprinkle with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bake 4 hours at 275 degrees. Combine sugars and bottle of barbecue sauce, pour over. Bake additional 2 hours at 275 degrees. Leftovers freeze well.
