LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 reg. size can tomato sauce
Oregano, garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 sm. can Parmesan cheese
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 box lasagna noodles
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Place a layer of noodles, then a layer of sauce. Mix cottage cheese and egg and spread thin layer. Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella. Before baking sprinkle top with Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and top is starting to brown.
