CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE CURRY 
1 cauliflower head

Cook in boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Then put into oven-proof dish and cover with following mixture:

1/2 pkg. cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. curry

Bake in oven until head is soft to fork.
