BARBECUE BRISKET 
5-8 lb. brisket

MARINADE:

2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. water

Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over brisket. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in foil at 250 degrees for 5-6 hours. Drain liquid and slice brisket thinly. Baste with barbecue sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, lightly covered. Heat remainder of sauce and serve alongside.
