BBQ BRISKET 
Brisket
3 oz. liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper
BBQ sauce, (your favorite)
Worcestershire sauce

Place brisket in oven dish. Pour liquid smoke over both sides, covering completely. Sprinkle with celery seed, onion, garlic salts to taste. Marinate overnight in refrigerate covered. Next day sprinkle 2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake 5 hours at 275 degrees. Cool overnight. Slice across the grain and add BBQ sauce slowly cook in crock pot about 4 hours.
