BBQ BRISKET 
Brisket
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Celery salt
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
BBQ sauce
Brown sugar
White sugar
Liquid smoke

Put heavy foil in pan and place brisket on foil. Pour bottle of liquid smoke over brisket. Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt. Seal foil and let brisket sit overnight (in refrigerator).

In the morning, open and sprinkle liberally with Worcestershire sauce and slat and pepper. Seal and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours then drain off liquid and let meat cool completely. Slice meat very thin and place back in foil in pan and mix 1 bottle (2 ounces) BBQ sauce and 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoon white sugar and pour over meat and seal. Put back in 275 degree oven for 1 hour.
