CHERRY DELIGHT 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix everything together. Then whip the cream. Fold the cream in with the other ingredients. Pour in 12 x 9 x 2 inch pan and refrigerate. Be sure to cover with aluminum foil to keep other food odors out.
